txt/csv import problem

Hi, I started import some emails, i tried with a small list via txt import, about 10kb. everything went well.
So I tried to import another list, same source, same file, txt about 40kb...nothing...mime type error:

• The file "list2.txt" cannot be uploaded. Only files of these MIME-types are allowed: application/text, text/plain.

I tried in any possible way, re-save the file, create new, even using some online services for generating txt, re-export in csv...same story...
any idea??

@Frank - Go to backend > settings > import/export and disable mime type checking
