Translate the "Unsubscribe button" -> Unsubscribe form

How can I translate the "Unsubscribe" button in the Unsubscribe form?

But I have not one week to understand and apply what's shown in the video.
I'm not a tech guy.

If some helpful person can just give me the folder/file where I can manualy change the word "Unsubscribe", just for that screen.

Then buying a script (Mailwizz) which requires a lot of technical skills, might not be such a good move.
