tracking domain is not working

Hi,
i 'm using same domain where mailwizz installed but after sending test comp i found open stats not showed ??
how to do to fix it,

note:
i installed mailwizz on subdomain of my domain

i created a record sub.mydomain.com
i installed mailwizz on sub.mydomain.com
i added sub.mydomain.com to tracking domain on mailwizz
after
i sent test mails to my adreess
i opened all recieved mails
after 10 munites i go to mailwizz to check open rate i fount it 0
please tell me how can i get true stats

@livewin - if tracking domains don't work, it means your server is not ready to use tracking domains, so disable the feature.

but i need solution to get tracking work properly ...

@livewin - please include an address from https://www.mail-tester.com/ in your list and send a campaign, then paste here the link to the test from https://www.mail-tester.com/ so we can see your email.
