Staff memberRight, well, that might accept tags which are very specific to the subscriber so you can personalise it as you wish.
A simple example is a list with email, name, occupation. By default, we're using the email there, but you can set something like [OCCUPATION] [NAME] so the email clients will show "Md. John Doe" for example.
So it's just for customisations.
