what is the problem with this status - only on one account of the mailwizz user.
All servers have when sending to mail.ru - this status.

All servers - I have a good reputation on mail.ru and deliver well from other accounts
 
The reputation of this server is sent to the mail system where we get an error.

sending test messages is normal.
Glitch is generally only on this user, and this is the third server that he refuses to send.
