I understand it correctly?

1. Regular one is in such a case, if I want to send only one letter to subscribers and new subscribers will not receive this letter, this letter will receive only those subscribers who are currently on the list. New subscribers will not receive this letter. It is only once and only letter existing subscribers. New subscribers will not receive this letter.

2. Autoresponders - it is planned for all the letters to subscribers and new subscribers. this letter will receive all existing and future subscribers and all new subscribers. Ex. 1 letter today, 2 letter after 5 days, etc.
