The function "move subscriber to a new list" doesn't work...

When you create a campaign, you have the option to
add an action against subscribers on link click.

When I choose the option "COPY" to list, it works.
When I choose the option "MOVE" to list, there's a bug.

Here it is:

Sounds definitely like a software bug to me.

I'm using the version 1.3.6.0

Meanwhile, I will upgrade to the newest one if there is, but I wanted to report that.

Will update if this issue is fixed.

there are so many things better in the latest versions since 1.3.6.2 and now 1.3.6.5...you should update asap

I updated to the latest version, 1.3.6.5.

But now, my emails don't even get sent through Sendgrid anymore.

So a new issue.

I used another software, using the same Sendgrid login info, it works.

try resetting the quota in the all customer view, right side
(it was the only thing that did it for me...after trying all kinds of headstands)

I just did reset the quota for not only myself but for the two customer accounts I have with my install.

That still doesn't work.

Damn, I'm stuck, can't even send one single campaign! :O

So here is another attempt from me to make it work...

I deleted my SMTP server from my Mailwhizz account and re-created it.

Right after Mailwhizz asking me to validate my new server,
I got this error message:

  • Cannot send the confirmation email using the data you provided.
  • Here is a transcript of the error message:
  • {"errors":["The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked"],"message":"error"}

Hopefully I'm going to get either the owner or somebody to help me asap because
I REALLY need my emailing to work!

Have you tried giving API key in the "Password" textfield on server settings?

Awwwwesome! Thanks!

Soo much headaches today, so finally, with the API Key AND, the "move subscribers upon clicks" issue is fixed.

That is really weird, before, when I was using my Sendgrid password, it was working totally fine. But not anymore. API Key is what only works.

Cool ! Can't blame, the ask is for "password", but it needs API key to work.

@twisted1919 promised us to give correct descriptions, but guess he forgot ;)
