testing campaign, sent "from:" email not being used when sending campaigns

So in my "test" list, i have to & from info@mydomain.com


In the "test" campaign, it's also showing info@mydomain.com


and when I actually send it, it's sending form test@myotherdomain.com


I'm not sure why it's sending from test@myotherdomain.com when all the settings appear consistent?
