Template preview thumbnail not showing

updating to 1.3.8.3 seems to have problems with thumbnail creation for new templates: http://prntscr.com/dowi55

Thumbnails are not created and so it is not possible to click on a template to open its preview.

Is this standard behaviour or something is missing? Could you take a look?

@Niko - I think you should either:
1. give more memory to PHP in order to be able to resize the image.
2. make sure the right folders are chmoded to 077 recursive( https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/folders-writable-web-server/ ).
