I have a question regard to support ticket. Is it monitored ?

Or I need to ask question using forum only ?
 
Although not being part of the staff I can tell you that it is monitored. Just sit tight and wait and if you have a question of any nature you can always ask here in the forums. There are plenty of people who gladly help you just because they are good people.

As @OptiBiz1 , we're looking into tickets, always. Just note that we don't work weekends, so if you open a ticket on friday afternoon, most likely you'll get an answer on monday.
 
Hi,
I have uploaded the mailwizz files in my cpanel while i am trying to install it is showing error
