Support team please someone should attend to my ticket, the rate of reply is becoming not okay. I am a beginner and need help to my tickets

We don't have a predefined support time period, given that we answer generally in under 24 hours, when other companies reply in more than a week, I think our times are acceptable. Of course, it also depends on the amount of support tickets we have to answer before yours, so all I can say is, stay tuned, someone will eventually attend your support ticket ;)
