sub exists -- does mw look up by IP rather than email address?


I am testing different opt-in page and form settings, but I now always go to the "Sub already exists" redirect page. And no new sub is added to the list
Even though I use different email addresses.
Does MW look up IP rather than email address?

If so -- that's awesome ... BUT is there a way to disable this temporarily as long as I am testing my setup?
@rritz - we just check... the email address when it is added. Maybe it's just a cache issue in your case and get redirected?
What is the subscription url so i can try it ?
ok, maybe it is something to do with the pagebuilder then. This client gave me a new one, I don't know it so well yet. I'll investigate further.
