stopped working out of no where

Has been working great last week -- Loaded up some new campaigns, ran one which went fine. Started another campaign and it was stuck in pending-sending status. Created a fresh campaign while this was stuck in pending-sending and now the first pending-sending campaign is stuck at sending (0%) and the new campaign is stuck at pending-sending.

I haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of. Can someone look at this for me?
