stop reputation feedback going to the blacklist

hey,

I have noticed a few email addresses have soft bounced due to a reputation issue - this happened due to my tracking link being razor'd for some reason.

Anyway the soft bounced email addresses are then going onto the platform blacklist, when they shouldn't be. How can i prevent this please? They are valid email addresses which have not hard bounced

Soft bounces are marked as blacklisted after they return 5 times. You can configure this limit from backend -> settings -> cron
