stop a certain reason from blacklisting an email address

how can i stop an email address being blacklisted for the reason of;

554 relay rejected for policy reasons

Basically i made a mistake in my setup i had to fix, but in case this happens again i don't want a bunch of valid email addresses rejected wholesale when they don't need to be

The only way is to edit the file apps/common/vendors/BounceHandler/rules.php and comment out the rule that triggers this line.
