1. How can the backend admin see the whole users reports & Statistics
2. How can the customer see the whole users reports & Statistics

Both points are something that i have to add in the backend area.
Meanwhile, the only way is to login as certain customer and see the stats there.

this is needed to for overall overview on what clients do, including the ability to find potential spammers and people/companies abusing the ESP.

I agree with you, there are many things missing from mailwizz but it also has a dozen things others don't, it's just a matter of time till i can make it better and better
