Sparkpost webhooks issue

I am not getting the sparkpost webhooks. Delivery and API are set up and have been working great but I dont get my bounces back etc.. Most of the webhooks 'fail' but some succeed after 2 tries. The others fail after 4 tries (according to sparkpost)... When i go to sparkpost "webhooks" area I see these errors:

MWZWEBHOOKHANDLER
  • Target: LEFT OUT FOR SECURITY REASONS but it was correct.
  • Authentication: None
  • Events: Bounce, Spam Complaint, List Unsubscribe, Link Unsubscribe
  • Batch Status: Something went wrong! Last batch failed on August 16, 2016 8:59 pm
but when i test it in sparkpost it gets a response and says it worked.....

HTTP/1.1 200 Date: Wed, 17 Aug 2016 04:01:59 GMT Server: Apache/2.4.10 (Debian) Content-Length: 0 Connection: close Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
 
@dave - if Sparkpost sends too many requests to your webhook, too fast, then maybe your server simply hangs because of too much data?
