SORBS Site Down for Maintenance?!?!

Yesterday we were listed on SORBS for the first time ever, however the site shows that it is down for maintenance. Does anyone have any experience with this happening before? Right now they are still adding servers to the blacklist, however delisting requests cannot be processed. Any ideas on what to do next?

Find out the exact reason for the listing before contacting them.
If it is an indefensible customer and your service is otherwise clean, you might be better off not allowing that customer anymore.
But if it is their misinterpretation or over-zealousness, then they should delist your IPs/service quickly.

Unfortunately until their site comes back up we are in the dark and our hands are tied. They have been “down for maintenance” for over 24 hours with no indication of when they may come back. The entire process has been incredibly frustrating.

If it is IP related, you might be able to use different delivery servers.

It’s our application IP
Oh, I thought you send from a separate/third party delivery server. Perhaps get new IPs and switch the server/mailer IP anyway, but then use a separate/third party DS so you protect your server/mailer IP. Then it is easier to exchange the problem parts if need be.
