Some URLs in my customer portal directing my IP addy instead of subdomain

Hello,
A few of the URLs in my customer portal direct to my host IP address instead of my subdomain, mail.macrosfirst.com.

In the attached screenshot I'm hovering over the link in the box and you can see the URL it directs to is not the same as my customer portal, mail.macrosfirst. Chrome flags the IP url as unsafe but when I manually replace the IP with mail.macrosfirst.com in the URL path, it works.

Is this a bug in 1.5.7 or a configuration detail that I can correct myself? I've only noticed this URL issue in the Recent Activity log.

Thank you!

Can you check Backend > Settings > System urls and make sure they show your hostname not your ip ?

Looks like it shows my ip.

Hi @twisted1919 - The fix you recommended corrected the URL paths in my customer view, however, my emails are still sending with tracking URLs that include the IP in the address. For example this is the URL to view the web version of an email I just received: https://34.237.9.18/campaigns/el798...qc72/29e2b92e1ea60683852f562f009ddfe747832b15

Going back to my older emails sent before upgrading to 1.5.7 all of the tracking URLs correctly began with mail.macrosfirst.com.

Attached is a screenshot of my backend dashboard where the URLs look good.

Do I somehow need to also regenerate the tracking URLs in my email template?

Thank you!

Update: Pausing the campaign and re-creating it fixed the issue.

This kinda seems like a bug: Existing campaigns' URLs don't update when the system URL is updated.

If you already have queued a lot of emails, which already have the tags parsed using the IP then it's obvious they won't be affected by the sync process, so the update starts being visible once new items are pushed in the queue.
