Your knowledge base is descriptive, not informative and works with links to your demo for which I do not have a login so how do I send out a single email?

Your question can be understood in various ways.
# if u want to send a campaign, go to a customer and create a campaign, this will send out (more than a) 'single email' (but include one)
# if you want to send a 'single email', you can send a test email (that would be 'single email') during campaign setup
# while you setup a delivery server, you will have to verify it, which will send out a 'single email'
If you are looking for install/setup help, there are 'guides to mailwizz' on the forum:

@hitseveryday - The reason we have the links to the demo is so that everyone could access it while reading the KB. Here's the logins:
Code:
Administrator:
Url: http://demo.mailwizz.com/backend/
Email: demo.admin@mailwizz.com
Password: demoadmin

Customer:
Url: http://demo.mailwizz.com/customer/
Email: demo.customer@mailwizz.com
Password: democustomer

Now to your question, in order to start using the system, please follow the getting started guide at https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/getting-started-steps/ . Once you do this, you'll have delivery servers setup in backend area, and your own list created in the customer area and you'll be able to finally send a campaign.

Thank you for your replies.
Technically everything works - I just have zero experience sending out emails like this.
Those extra guides and the manual are a home-run, thanks for that. I just had no idea they existed, maybe a KB describing this and spotlighting that KB would greatly improve their exposure. From a newbie perspective the KB feels a bit dry and uninformative which triggered my initial remark.
cheers
