soft bounce in my black list

Hi!
i woold like placed only the hard bounce in black list not with the soft bounce, i descover that the soft bounce was placed in blacklist

Actually these messages should produce internal bounces not hard/soft.
Unzip and put attached in apps/common/vendors/BounceHandler.
