Where it is available a data update form for easy integration?
I need to update fields as: Phone, Middle Name and other.

@Rafael Cruz - Mailwizz has the [UPDATE_PROFILE_URL] tag which you can include in any campaign and which will be transformed into a url distinct for each subscriber, where that subscriber will be able to update his data.

There is a possibility CREATE A Profile Update Form? This option you mentioned is not customizable . My profile update form need to have another layout.

It is customizable, you can edit it from your list, by going to the pages section.
