set tracking url however not showing in Google analytics

hello - I have added a tracking domain ( same domain as the install domain) to my customers account. in the campaign I sent track url tracking as on and set the tracking domain from the drop down. send the campaign - I was test the links while looking at my GA account however the traffic coming from the email is showing as direct traffic in GA? how to I resolve it?
