Server validated campaign not sent

Hi Guys

I have a situation where a customer using host SMTP server which is validated, campaign is pending sending then stuck in sending for both regular and autoresponder but nothing is sent

Because it didnt send there is no error in logs to check so any suggestions most welcome, its not a system set up issue because other customers sending fine and its not getting as far as the server so not a connection issue

Sounds like a quota problem, so check DS, cust, cust group, the plan, etc.

Thanks for that, I thought I had checked everything but had a setting wrong in the group sending field so thanks again
