There are lot of API is integrate inside Delivery server. You can start slowly with many of them and see who perform better and allow.

Most of the known server will block me if I'm not doing double-opt-in. So I'm looking for a server that I can use without issues..

Then better you setup your own server/ip and make its reputation.

Meaning, using my domain/hosting SMTP server? in shared server it could be difficult, that's why I'm trying SMTP servicer or something that will help me to send bulk emails without getting into the spam folder.

Yes your own SMTP server. You can setup it on separate vps. So your application dont affected.
