Server resources

Hello! We're going to go LIVE with MailWiz soon for our large, established business.

I want to make sure I understand what server requirements I will need for this exact level of email sending...

1. We will send just 3 autoresponder campaigns to each new email address that subscribes into MailWizz.

2. We get an average of 2,000 opt-ins every day.

3. So, most days we will be sending 2,000 X 3 = 6,000 emails out of Mail Wiz before the leads are moved off to our backend email sending system. (We will use MailWiz only on the FRONT end - so SES can help cleanse the list as our delivery server)

4. Currently MailWiz is installed on an Amazon Lightsail Cloud Server - resources:

1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 40 GB SSD

There are some other domains on this server, but they don't get much traffic at all - so these resources are all available to MailWiz.

Given the above, is this enough if we use PNCTL to maximize sending speed, or should I upgrade my LightSail instance?

Thank you!

@twisted1919 , here are the options...

$10

2 GB Memory
1 vCPU
40 GB SSD

$20
4 GB Memory
1 vCPU
60 GB SSD

$40
8 GB Memory
2 vCPUs
160 GB SSD

--------------

Let me know what you think...there are higher ones as well... thanks!

@twisted1919, no, the cheapest they have at 4 vCPUs is this option:

$80
16GB mem
4 vCPUs
320 GB SSD

If that's what I need I'll get it...but keep in mind I can upgrade at any time if it's not enough...

Would either of these be able to handle 6,000 emails a day for starters? Or do I need the $80 option right away?

$20
4 GB Memory
1 vCPU
60 GB SSD

$40
8 GB Memory
2 vCPUs
160 GB SSD
