I configured bounces servers successfully and when the customers starts using the server and sent emails the bounce does not activate and in the server status it shows me the word cron task and in this case I can not either Deletes the server or modifies

Go to backend > misc > emergency actions and reset the bounce servers.

I have done this action, good all servers bounces will be active but bounce processing remains 0

Check your bounce boxes, do you have content in them? if you do, have a look inside a mail source that bounced, does it have the mailwizz headers?

yes it have the mailwizz headers
But I think this is a problem at cron task or mailwizz application because I have more than one bounce server, I have multiple servers and multiple server providers and this problem replicates with all the bounce servers

you can try to run the cron job for bounce-handler manually and see if it gives any error or not.

Take the cron command and run it from cli.

What exactly do you mean by that?
Did u look into your bounce box and see no change? Or did it not show any bounces processed in mwz? Or else?
