Sending limits don't work

Hi, @twisted1919 Sending limits don't work. Goes on 10-20 messages a second.Cron:

In settings 60 letters a minute are set...sending with exim

Cron jibs run each minute, so you can as well put 60 subscribers at once instead of 200 and will do the trick.
