sender email became weird character

# outlook is notoriously oddly acting
# see if you have all in UTF8 encoding
# if u did any cut+paste, it might have inserted extra (invisible/control) chars or changed encoding (so avoid this by plain/original)

Thanks for your reply. Btw check this out, some chinese sender name can be read and some cannot. Not sure what is the reason for this cause. Or is there any setting for the language????

i think it's just the email client not rendering it properly.

Can you show the full header of each of those email messages?
Perhaps they are sent via different providers and/or using different encoding.
