Send to only clickers

Is it possible to send campaigns only to people that clicked on the links in my previous emails?

I only see this option for openers, is there a way to do it for clickers?

You can do that only with segments. Create a custom tag which is populated when a subscriber click on link and then make a segment based on that value and send campaign only to these subscribers.
