Send mails to members all lists except those who are member of an other list

Hello, hello,

I hold webinars.

I send an invitation to all my lists for the webinar one week before.

People who register are registered in a new list (live-webinar-list).

A couple of days before the webinar, I send a reminder to everyone on my lists who has not registered yet.

In Mailwizz, how do I manage to send a mail to all my subscribers (on different lists) except the ones who are already registered into my live-webinar-list?

Maybe just export the attendees from the list, add a new field to the exported file using any csv tool like excel, then import them in your existing list, which will import the new custom field only. Then create a segment on that custom field and send to only people matching/not matching it.
 
I have never tried segmentation before and never tried a custom field. I will try to see if there are guides or such because I don't really see how to do that.

If you have a couple of links, that would be of great help. Thank you.
 
Try it and if you have questions, let me know. Segments are just smaller parts of your lists, subscribers that match a certain criteria.

Okay, so I have made a custom field on the list "live webinar" so when people register, they go on this list and have the tag "tilmeldt" ("registered" in Danish) on and its value is "yes"

Now, how do I do to send a reminder to a group of lists (I have several lists) except to the addresses which have "yes" in "tilmeldt". I don't see at all how to do that.

For a start, for your list, create a segment called Not Registered with conditions like:

After you save your segment, you'll be able to see the subscribers matching your criteria, so press that button as well, to confirm the results are correct. Next. when you create a campaign, target your list and this segment, so it will select people that don't have the value of this field set to yes.
 
Sorry, I don't understand. On what list do I create the segment Not registered. Maybe I didn't explain myself very well.

Let's say I have 5 lists: A, B, C, D, E.

I send a message to these saying: Hey, I will be holding a webinar on this or that next Sunday. Register on this list (list Z) to get the link.

Several people from A, B, C, D, E register on list Z. List Z has the field "register" sat on "yes".

Two days before, I send a mail to lists A, B, C, D, E as a reminder that it is still time to register for the webinar. But I don't want the members already registered (on list Z) to receive the reminder not to bother them with that.

On what list do I create the list segment you are giving as an example? Or...? I missed something, I think :-)
