Segment Based on Status

Hello is there any option where I can create segment based on subscription status like confirmed, unconfirmed, blacklisted...?

Unfortunately no, because segments are meant to target only confirmed subscribers, since segments are used for sending to those subscribers, so even if you'd be able to segment by status, you wouldn't be able to mail them.

@sanjeev sood - When send a campaign on step setup you have a option Change subscriber custom field value upon campaign open you can use it to change a custom field value and this value will change when a subscriber open a campaign then you can create a segment based on that custom field.
