Hi guys,

In our support tickets, when we received private information from you guys, such as account logins, ftp access, cpanel/whm access, email logins, etc, we always felt a bit uncomfortable to keep track of it, since it is our responsibility to keep that information as safe as possible which is not an easy task.

We wanted to do more, we wanted to make sure the information you share with us stays encrypted and only the right people will be able to see it only at the right time. We thought that if we have this problem, there must be others as well, thus a few months ago we decided to do something related to this.

We have created a web application which helps in this matter, we called it SafeShare.
With SafeShare, you can send notes and get notified when they are read or shred or request information and get notified when it is made available to you or share code snippets in any programming language, syntax highlighting included.
What's more important is that with SafeShare, the data you make available is always encrypted with industry standard AES encryption and decrypted only be the people you choose. The data can also be set to expire after a certain period of time or after it has been read, thus you make the data available only for the right amount of time.

Please see this introductory video:

That being said, for all our products, we now advise all our customers to use SafeShare to share private information with us.
You will now notice, when you open a support ticket here, that there is a warning which tells you that we advise you to add private information using SafeShare instead of adding it directly in the tickets.
We have made SafeShare available as a service at https://www.safeshare.io/ where you can register for free and create notes / requests / snippets to add in the support tickets when needed.
We also provide SafeShare as a standalone web application, which you can install and handle on your own servers. SafeShare is designed as a SAAS application, so you can use it personally, for your company or to start a business for it. Read more at https://www.safeshareapp.com/

If you have questions related to this, please ask away, we'll do our best to answer.

Would be great to have this as a MailWizz extension (as an alternative to the Support Ticket System extension).

@frm.mwz - they're pretty different things though.
Maybe this could work with the support tickets since it does have an API which we can use to create a mailwizz extension.

If folks have to build their support ticket system in a complex way, it might be too much.

You might be able to develop this also (if you wish) into some alternative to hushmail, protonmail or ricochet ;)

The flexible menu design within SafeShare would be great within MailWizz as well, have you considered all the generics as improvements for MWZ?

Independently of the above, SafeShare seems great, kudos!

Do you plan on adding a feature to allow sending of file attachments along with the secure messages? I have a use for sending and tracking files, along with getting an email notifying me of the downloader's info, download time and the file's hash. I'd probably buy this if that feature was there.

@007 - This is already doable, except the free plans don't get it, the paid ones do. We're now under evaluation onto how to charge for those paid plans.
