[RESOLVED] Re-Add Deleted Lead

Hey everyone,

Interesting use case, interesting question (I think ;) :P )

I add a test lead to a list via a form -> Delete the lead from the list -> Resubmit the lead via the form.

The lead does not appear.

Any idea how to change/fix this?

Thanks,
Aron

I just tried this exact process and it works for me, can anyone else try it too and confirm the issue ?

Nice, i did absolutely same steps and it worked.
Can you please try with a different list and see if the issue is the same ? (Also, what app version?)

Version 1.4.3 - Same issue with other lists.

Maybe related to
'Subscriber profile update optin history'
enabled or not?

Where can I check this :O ?

Thanks,
Aron

Edit: I just tested the @frm.mwz suggestion, same issue :(

Tried now in 1.4.3 and 1.4.9, worked in both, even deleted 2x and re-sub back 2x in each version.
@Aron Prins ...maybe hard reload the list page?

PS: nice cardist tricks at yt ;)

Haha thanks ;)

Well I've been having this issue for a while now with earlier versions as well. I will try to update to 1.4.9 as soon as possible.

I have not made any edits @twisted1919 - I'll let you know how the update goes.

Cheers,
Aron

Ok I enabled debugging and opted in again with the same details, where is this log saved?

Also, when I do it with a never before submitted email it works fine :(

Thanks,
Aron

Debugging appends its output at the bottom of each page.

Maybe that address which you used is on some blacklist (or domain in regex)?
You could try searching the whole dbf via phpMyAdmin.

Also, when I do it with a never before submitted email it works fine :(
And then you can repeat the process with that never before submitted address several times?

Whatever the email, if I submit it, delete it I can not re-add it. I've had this problem forever but it has never been a problem for me but of course, NOW IT IS! :P

The email is @icloud, so I don't assume there's any blocks.

I looked in the DB... The email is in other lists, but not in this one.

What tables should I check other then the subscriber one?

Thanks,
Aron
