Remove Fields From Registration Form

I already assign delivery server to customer group, but when I try to send a test email from the new account it shows email delivery is temporary disable. That's mean no delivery server assigned to that new account.

This delivery server can send test emails? Use for from delivery server is set to all or have email test selected ?

You can set multiple use for or simply you can set 'all' to user for all cases.
