Redirect field use for what?

Can someone explain to me what is the use of these 2 field during creating a new list?

Field 1. i.e. if a user tries to manually unsubscribe with an email address that cannot be found
Field 2. i.e. if a user tries to subscribe an email address that's already on the list.

It doesn't mention anything about unsubscribe and subscribe, how can we all know that.. @twisted1919 it was a bad explanation, perhaps you guys can change it to a simple explanation instead.

Not that much a bad explanation as it would only require a simple need to reword the bubble in the like of:
1. "Optionally, a URL to redirect one who tries to UNSUBSCRIBE from a web FORM, and hasn't been found on the list."
2. "Optionally, a URL to redirect one who tries to SUBSCRIBE to a LIST to which one's already subscribed."
@twisted1919 this is how I would phrase it, strait and forward.
