Quota notifications

Hi,

I need some help with quota notifications, we are testing if they are currently being sent and I have set up a test. The quota email was sent the first time but after resetting the quota and sending it again the email won't fire sending the quota notification if the sending percentage is 50% of the sending quota.

Is there something that I am not doing correctly?

Hi,

I see we get the notification on the account..




but the email is not being sent as it was the first time. Is there a delay in the email that goes out? I have checked the transactional log and it is not there, but the first one was there.

Are you sure you have at least one delivery server that can be used for ALL or Reports? (use for setting in server configuration).

Thanks pointed me in the right direction I updated the sending address, and it needed to be revalidated.
