Problem with setting quota for group

Hi,

Version: 1.3.5.7

We have defined a group, containing one customer.
Here are the campaign parameters which we have set:

Subscribers at once: 100
Send at once: 100
Pause: 1
Emails per minute: 100
Change server at: 1000

In other configuration areas, i mean Settings -> Campaigns and Settings -> Cron, we have set larger bounds for these parameters. We suppose that those group settings override these system-wide settings.

In spite of these configurations, that specific customer practically is able to send more than 500 emails per minute, which we monitor in the mail server side.

What is the problem?

How many campaigns does that customer runs at once?

Just one campaign.

Don't know how much it is relevant, we are using parallel sending cron job.

we are using parallel sending cron job.

This is why. When you use the regular cron job, it only runs once per minute. With parallel sending it can run several times per minute.
