Problem using custom tags in welcome email

When adding http:///thankyou and saving it changes to protocol other and replaces the text to /thankyou removing 'URL'. Please check screenshot.

And URL is a custom field that shows below as an available tag :(

As it was pointed out in another thread, this happens because this type of substitution is not supported by mailwizz just yet.
You can have a tag, say [WEBSITE] or whatever and in it put the entire url, like http://www.domain.com, that is, instead of what you're doing now.
 
Could do that for new subscriptions with custom fields but old subscribers who don't have those fields in the database when saving will not be able to send emails in that format.

This is really important as a feature bro, especially when we want to dynamically enter different URLs in the email template. Can't really be defining a field per URL, will be too time consuming.
