Problem setting up SMTP

I am having a trouble setting up my SMTP server.

You have a typo in the domain name, instead of .com you have typed .vom, so correct that

@Lidor Amrani - Most likely the issue is your server firewall, ask your hosting.
Also are you sure you are using correct:
- server domain (or you can use IP for your SMTP server)
- SMTP login user name
- SMTP login password
- SMTP password
