Prevent FROM Overwriting

Got an issue with the FROM address customers are setting on list and using in the campaigns being overwritten with the one set in the Server address. How do I stop that from happening? I'm obviously missing a simple setting somewhere.

@Michael Wilding - In delivery server settings there is a setting FORCE FROM, this is set by default to Always which means the FROM address will be the one from delivery server settings. You can set to Never, but you need to be careful with this setting because you can have issues with delivery if your server doesn't support FROM spoofing.
