Pictures can't embed like as a link in our e-mails.

hi, thanks for good product. I didnt review yet. Because we have some problems. When we test our e-mail html themplete it working well. But we send e-mail to our list with a company mails dont seems well.

1. Problem; Pictures cant embed like as a link. They sended attached pictures. We sure to select embed images option.

2. problem; when we use long html e-mail; gmail shown very bad view. Splitted and cropped etc.

How can we resolve this problem. I attached link of images and used html. If you give your e-mail I can send you our server password and campany details.

@Erdem Çetinkaya - There is no reason for you to use embed images, they trigger spam filters most of the time, so avoid them, instead, use the file manager ( https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/enable-the-file-manager-for-editor-files/ ) and simply add the images to your email then right click on the image and link it. Make sure you get familiar with ckeditor because it's super powerful and allows lots of things.
The gmail issue might be because of the fact you embed images in emails, so don't do that and it might get fixed automatically.
Also, have a look at https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/get-message-clipped-viewing-campaign-email/ because sometimes the browser extensions might add garbage data in the template.

hi, thanks for your quick answer. but Please read and look again. Our all pictures sent with attached images. We want to make embedded (linked) pictures for lighter size e-mails. We had selected embed pictures option. But your software cant embed links when we use campany and list system. It work well only when we send test e-mails. We upload zip file (html and required pictures) and we send test mail to our e-mails. It seems very well. But when we use subscriber lists, It dont work well. Codes and views change. All images converted to attached files. We dont want it. Please control our server.

Please look this picture.. All pictures attached. But we selected embedded pictures. What is our misatakes or our problem? If we send test mail no problem. But we use lists and campnies for sending our mails broken and they convert attached pictures system

embed = (pictures not attached in the e-mail ; like as 10kb html file. When user press button for the show images. Pictures will appear from our mail server.)

Attached = ( all pictures atteched in the e-mail; like as 800 kb html and pictures files. Pictures will seems like as attached files)

We want always embed.

Our web version html file working well always. When we press it, we look very good and pictures link embeded. But It dont working well when e-mail to our list.

And it creates very very high number links. We didnt add in html files these links. Your script creat millions of links in our mail

@Erdem Çetinkaya - I have no idea what you are doing there and i don't understand what you're explaining in the above posts.

So let's take this step by step.
Did you disabled your browser extension (grammarly?) which adds garbage to the html email and triggers the clipped message ?
I still think this is your main problem that triggers all the other ones.

There is no issue with our script, please use it properly and you'll have great results.

Please look attachment pictures. I havent and not installed grammarly . You can see all plugins in the list. I think our server settings crashed. Can you help me for default settings for server installation? I can give our passwords. We need help. I dont want to write bad rates. I believe your script is well.

Well you still have a translation plugin enabled and that can cause the issue.
tell you what, open a support ticket with backend login and url to your app and also include the email template as a zip file so i can upload it and prove that the issue is on your browser and has nothing to do with mailwizz.

And please dont use only "themplate test system". It works well. Please use a standart mail campany, our email erdem@ cetinkayafilm.com, miraclebrain@ gmail.com . Create a mail list, after add our e-mails and your e-mail. And send with new campany system. (it is very important) After watch this problem.

@Erdem Çetinkaya - Ok, so here is my findings by sending a real campaign to my test list:

So from what i am concerned, i cannot see any issue, things works as expected, your email is simply too large for gmail and gmail clips it and then any other client renders it properly, including yahoo and email clients such as Apple's Mail which i also used.

Maybe one of your issue is the smtp provider, try using another one, maybe don't use smtp and use a 3rd-party to test this.
I know some smtp servers will attach images which are too large, so maybe that's what happens to you, no idea but clearly it has nothing to do with mailwizz.
