Hello guys, hope y'all doing well.

I wanted to ask how can one perform permission pass to a specific mailing lists? by sending an email to all subscribers with a confirmation link. where in the end only subscribers who clicked on confirmation link will be active and the rest will be disabled from further mailing.

Thank you for your time.

That was the idea of the 'profile update' - to get the second record in place, the confirmation record. See changelog (as this is now finally in pace), CASL compliance:

So sweet, thanks for pointing that out. @frm.mwz
Guess u want more, so here incl is the pic where to enable it, which goes for customers globally or ea cust group individually.

Then you could email to your list(s) and include the camp tag: [UPDATE_PROFILE_URL]
with various appealing texts, e.g.:
To continue receiving our emails, update your profile here.
To ensure you receive future updates, confirm by updating your profile here.
We can only send you the requested information/gift/bonus/etc, if you give us permission by confirming here.
etc

PS: Any creative texts, please post them back here, thx ;)
