Passing an email address to the subscribe form

Hi,

I'd like to pass in an email address, first and last name to the subscribe form and have it ready for the user to click subscribe to join a list-- how would I go about doing that?

The easies way would be to pass this data via query strings, something like:
http://domain.mailwizz.com/index.php/lists/xq0090m05e0d1/subscribe?EMAIL=email@domain.com&FNAME=123
but unfortunately we don't support such usage right now, so the best way is to try to submit a form to a url like http://domain.mailwizz.com/index.php/lists/xq0090m05e0d1/subscribe and that form to contain the fields, as hidden fields.

Can we make this a feature in the next release?-- CASL (Anti Spam Legislation) is coming into effect on July 1 and we need to get expressed approval from every address before sending to them, this would help getting those opt-ins much easier.
