Optin Form, Where?

I've checked everywhere. Where do users optin form for people to subscribe to their list? Do I need to create one my self? Any solutions?

not sure about any other CC plugins, but mailwzz api is pretty powerful and you can do lots of things with it, including a fully customized subscription process.
