Operational site Using eMail Subscribe extension

Hi,
I recently purchased MailWizz and the Subscribe by eMail extension. I have them installed and setup however I am getting an error:
pipe to |/home/truebluelocals/apps/extensions/subscribe-by-email/worker.php
generated by xn620q67ew564@truebluelocals.com
local delivery failed

I wonder does someone have this setup and working correctly so I may Subscribe and UnSubscribe to you list so I can see first hand how it works.

Might be worth checking again if your issue has not been solved yet.
