1) is there a way to enable a notification if you run out of sending credits on a delivery server?
2) I have a bunch of 'Not enough credit for campaign.' for subscribers. Is there an easy way to try and reprocess them?

1. Delivery servers don't have sending credits, they only have a hard quota per hour/day/month and it would be too much to watch when sending reaches the quota and email, it would add too much overhead.
2. Unfortunately no, because that message came from the smtp server most likely, where we have no control.
So now I need to work out how to resend to those that weren't sent to.
1) Is there any way to export all those that weren't sent to so I can re-import & send to them?
