not able to add icons to my email template

hello, I'm trying to add social media icons to my email template However, whenever I place my HTML CSS code to the source and then save the page and when the age gets refreshed the icons disappear in I don't understand why.

all the tags get disappear, any idea?

That is happens because builder doesn't support fa icons, for best results with template you need to use builder for creating email template. Also please take a look on our free email templates: https://www.mailwizz.com/free-email-templates/
