no redirect when i use form integration

i have integrated the form integration into my website
but when i fill the field and i click to subscribe i am redirect to an another page where the program are installed but it s possible to have just under the button subscribe a message ( your inscription is saved )

You'd need to use the API to achieve any custom integration.

@heyckel - most likely the api url is not correct. try with and without index.php

Indeed, seems that the page is not found... what is the url you put in the api settings?
