Quick question: Could you please let me know where can i find this feature ("No Opens Since")?

I've seen that it has been released some months ago but can't find it
(google also didn't help me a lot).

Best Regards,

Diego.

Thanks @frm.mwz . I've been there before but nothing happens.

I click the button and nothing changes on the page. No message, no nothing.

If i check the code, firefox shows me this for the button...

<a href="javascript:;" class="btn btn-primary toggle-campaigns-filters-form">Toggle campaigns filters form</a>

Don't know if it's ok or not but it's not working here.

Q: Does it start collecting this info from now on (since this feature was implemented)
or does it also consider past data.

Best Regards,

Diego.

It should work just like that. It could (but should not) be a browser issue. Try another one, and both toggle form options as described in above post.

Also, are you on the latest version with the latest patches?

Thanks @frm.mwz . Worked under Chrome (not in FireFox).

I see that you have to select a campaign and a period to check opens/unopens.

Q: If i want to see the "unopens" for all the campaigns, i just select the first option
(an empty value instead of a campaign) right?

Thanks @frm.mwz . I've just checked it but seems that you
can't export the list of filtered subscribers....

...or create a segment from them (Like "No Opens in the last 6 Months").

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This last option would help a lot as you would be able to specifically
create campaigns to target them over and over for a period of time
and then...delete those that keep unresponsive.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally: The filter needs another field: subscription date.

This way you could create a filter based on a specific date
to get accurate results.

Let me Show a Quick Example that Gravitates Around a Specific
Date (People added Before X Date and With Unopens Since Then).

Example: Filter subs added before March 1st and with no opens since that date.

This is the recommended way to filter Unopeners (Aweber etc).

Otherwise (if you don't consider the registration date) , a person who has been
added 2 days ago and didn't open your emails yet (maybe because you didn't
send something to him) may appear as someone who didn't open your emails
for 6 Months.

@Diego
agreed, it needs that field

@twisted1919
please can u do that, and ideally also a selection field for all the other fields/tags in lists/campaigns (and the super duper solution would be to have the exported file named according to the filter criteria set (so that renaming or forgetting would be a thing of the past)) ;)
